Shiatsu can help you if you have physical or psychological problems, for example: - Stress - Headaches - Neck, shoulder and back pain - Menstrual problems - Sleeping disorders - can strengthen the immune system Shiatsu is a body work that stimulates the life energy, the Ki, by working with soft pressure, stretches and joint rotations. The word Shiatsu is Japanese and means finger pressure, although I work with elbow, underarm and palm pressure, to achieve the right pressure for the client. The treatment takes place on a massage table or a futon on the floor with the client fully clothed.
